Well established commercial cleaning company is seeking a lead cleaner Schedule is Monday - Friday guaranteed 8am-2:30pm, but many days will be 8am-4:30pm. Flexibility in schedule to work an occasional Saturday if needed. Duties include cleaning common areas of commercial properties, vacuuming, dusting, glass cleaning, restroom cleaning and cleaning apartments in between tenants. Candidates must have a valid drivers license for this position, as they will be using a company vehicle during shift and transporting other employees to job sites with them to perform work. Rate of pay is $20-21/hour.
