True North Gardening is a locally-owned landscaping company dedicated to quality, professionalism, and the beauty of Vermont’s gardens and lawns. We’re looking for reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our team—either full-time or part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform lawn-care duties: mowing, edging, debris cleanup, and blowing trimmings
Operate and maintain power equipment: trimmers, blowers, hedge clippers, pruning saws, chainsaws
Assist with landscape installs: moving and placing soil, mulch, plant material, and hardscape components
Communicate courteously with customers and represent True North Gardening’s professional image
Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on gardening or landscaping experience
Comfortable operating gas-powered equipment and performing physical, outdoor work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
