Hiring General property maintenance

(Williston/Chittenden County)
Currently seeking applicants for a property maintenance position.
Experience as a laborer is preferred.
Maintenance knowledge encouraged.
Must be motivated to work hard.
Transportation and a valid driver's license is required.
Duties include:
●Picking up miscellaneous trash and debris on properties
●Lawn care
●Use of landscaping equipment (mulching, mowing, trimming)
●Material moving/organizing
●Will train operate heavy equipment
●Snow removal
●Wood splitting/stacking
●Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
