Homebase Inc. is seeking a Shared Living Provider to provide care for an older woman with a developmental disability.
She enjoys participating in community activities, movies, puzzles, people watching, watching tv, and crafts! Living arrangements would be in your home. The Shared Living Provider is responsible for supports in activities of daily living in a family home environment. This position offers a tax-free stipend, provides you with additional out-of-home support, access to an outstanding team for collaboration and additional trainings!
