Gallus Handcrafted Pasta, part of the Hen of the Wood family is looking for a confident and positive cook eager to learn, and a dishwasher that would like to begin learning more about food prep. Gallus will be led by Chef Antonio of Hen of the Wood and the menu is built upon the pasta that has become integral to Hen's daily menu. The new restaurant will open mid-June in the old Grist Mill that was home to Hen of the Wood since 2005. We are willing to train the right person to join our team! Our current culinary team are professional, passionate, and deeply engaged in learning. Our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Lead Line Cooks offer a ton of experience to help you grow your skill.
