Our Management Team is growing and we are looking for Food and Beverage Leaders to join our team. Our location on the Mountain Road in Stowe, outdoor treehouse bar and craft brewery makes us a favorite for locals and a destination for seasonal guests.
Besides being an incredible Team Leader we are looking for someone who has/is:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
Enthusiastic and adaptable team player.
Supervise and lead front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, and event support personnel.
Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Oversee the setup and presentation of dining areas, ensuring they meet Campfire Hospitality's quality standards.
