The Gryphon Bistro is looking for an experienced Line/Prep Cook. Job summary and desired traits:
Schedule will be Mon-Wed and Sunday brunch (Thurs-Sat and Sunday nights off)
This position will be primarily focused on the grill station. Everyone helps the dish station when they have time.
Position is salaried, $55,000 annually, bi-weekly pay on Friday, the goal is quality of work AND quality of life.
Must be kind, thoughtful, a good communicator, and calm under pressure
We are looking for an experienced and results driven professional with a healthy personal life. This is a kitchen job with 4-nights off a week, including the entire weekend after brunch service.
