Solving the daily puzzle of washing incoming dishes, utensils, pots & pans will be your main challenge in both our prep and service kitchens. Organization, cleanliness and attention to detail will help you succeed and make time for sharpening your knife skills, baking amazing homemade breads, and learning the fundamentals of running a successful & incredibly busy prep kitchen.
Duties
-Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
-Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized.
-Assist in food preparation tasks and organizing prepped item storage
-Collaborate with co-workers to ensure our service kitchen is provided with freshly prepped products.
