Beverage Cart Attendant

Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team! Beverage Cart Attendants are the friendly face to golfers as they play the course. This individual is responsible for our customers’ food and beverage service experience on the course. A Beverage Cart Attendant will be responsible for stocking beverage carts with cold drinks, alcoholic beverages, and snacks such as: canned beers, sodas, bottled water, and sports drinks. They will work to successfully meet sales goals by distributing products on the Resort Golf courses If making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you! Your role:Acknowledges and greets each group of guests on the course, providing information on convenience cart services and product availabilityTakes orders and up sells where appropriateMust ensure bookkeeping and proper payment is receivedMaintains order on the course by following proper golf etiquette, observing, and respecting the flow of the game and operating the cart in a safe mannerManages inventory by verifying and restocking supplies as needed, notifying manager of shortages, and requesting adequate stock for the following dayObtains approval for opening and closing inventory on cart, removing perishable items at the end of the day, and keeping the cart cleanMaintains appropriate standards to ensure food safety and sanitationInspects cart to ensure that there are no maintenance concerns; immediately reports any issues to ManagerUtilizes proper procedures in serving alcoholic beverages (verify legal drinking age and/or discontinuing service to intoxicated customers)Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special eventsInteracts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary informationOpportunities to learn and grow in many areas of a Resort and Golf operationResponsibilitiesSomeone of legal age to serve alcoholSomeone who can comfortably drive a Golf CartSomeone with an engaging and welcoming personalitySomeone who is descriptive and can saleSomeone with knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spiritsSomeone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentSomeone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guestsSomeone with excellent communication skillsSomeone who can comfortably lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. on occasionSomeone able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidaysPI266758950 Apply
