Looking for Am Prep Lead Ideal candidate has experience in a busy restaurant, and is passionate about developing in the industry. Position is full time with room for advancement within the Company.
Job Duties include:
- Recieving deliveries
- Maintaining well organized cooler
- Organizing prep list and duties with other staff
- Daily production
- Quality control of prepped goods
- Communication with Chef and Owner.
- Time management for self and 2-3 co-workers
This position reports directly to the Manager and Owner and is responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment.
