An innovative finance SaaS company is looking to hire a Site Reliability Engineer, full-time, 100% remote. This engineer is someone experienced designing and maintaining cloud-based solutions in AWS, who would be comfortable joining a team carrying out a monitoring implementation. Someone hands-on with Bash and/or Python, Terraform, and observability tools like Cloudwatch, Splunk, and Grafana who has a strong operations background will fit in perfectly here! Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in cloud-based environments
  • Automation with Bash and/or Python
  • Infrastructure as Code
  • Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
  • Monitoring/Logging tools

Daily Responsibilities
  • Maintaining industry standard tools and processes to ensure availability and scalability
  • Develop and administer policies and procedures for ensuring the uptime and availability of the SaaS services.
  • Manage and resolve production incidents while minimizing client down time
  • Partnering with the Client Support and Development teams to resolve critical issues
