OverviewThe Manager of Organizational Transformation designs and executes talent management processes (e.g. performance management, talent reviews, succession planning) and organizational development solutions that drive individual and team performance, company culture, and Burlington’s business strategy. Critical to this role is the ability to assess needs, analyze and synthesize data, provide recommendations for enhancing and evolving processes, and manage projects working in collaboration with multiple partners across the business

A Day in the Life:

Design, revise and update talent management processes and lead execution including communication, change management, training, etc. in partnership with HRBPs, Compensation, and HR Talent systems.

Analyze talent management data and report on leadership/top talent development, diversity, pipeline health, and organizational strengths and gaps. Identify opportunities for leveraging information and data and creating new reports to meet business needs.

Implement organizational research methods/assessment methodologies and engage in external benchmarking to enhance and evolve current processes in alignment with best practices.

Design and implement OD interventions to improve team dynamics, transform the culture, embed competencies, and promote organizational effectiveness

You’ll Come With:

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources is preferred.

5+ years of experience performing Organizational Development & Talent Management-related responsibilities

Retail, hospitality, quick service or other equivalent industry experience a plus.

Experience with human capital management systems and talent management modules. Experience with Workday is a plus.

Ability to apply critical and analytical thinking for synthesizing data and information into insights and to develop recommendations for creating new, or enhancing existing, programs and processes.

Strong project management skills to successfully drive project plans, milestones, tasks, deadlines, etc. Must be able to respond to multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work.
