Description We are a reputable company committed to providing top-tier customer service to our valued clients. As we broaden our reach, we are currently in search of a dynamic, outgoing, and customer-oriented team member to join us as a Customer Service Representative. This job will switch to a hybrid model after 60 days with the ability to work from home 2 to 3 days per week! If you are customer-focused, enjoy helping others, and have a knack for sales, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with purchased products or services.

Address customers' queries and complaints, delivering an outstanding customer service experience.

Troubleshoot customers' issues promptly and professionally.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.

Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and process customer accounts, documenting all activities and customer interactions.

Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a customer service representative or equivalent role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in helping others.

Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce).

Ability to handle complicated situations graciously and provide effective solutions.

Experience with upselling or cross-selling is a plus.
