At Resource Options, our top client is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent for a commercial fit out in Barre, VT lasting roughly 16 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to review and coordinate construction drawings
Oversee project planning and scheduling, contracts, and project controls and procedures
Perform regular quality inspections
Attend daily/weekly meetings with clientele
Organize daily reports, photos, safety check list, tool box talks
Ensure products are installed properly
Monitor project compliance with contract documents and safety
Manage the closeout of projects including punch list and final documentation
Oversee all inspections, permits, sign-offs and requests
Oversee teammates and ensure the final work product is of the highest quality standard
Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in Commercial and/or Retail Construction
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite
OSHA 10 certified and OSHA 30 certified is a plus.
