Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a gear enthusiast at SkiEssentials.com. As an Online Customer Service representative, you will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is located in Stowe, VT.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge and passion for skiing and ski equipment
Customer service experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
