Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Techncian works closely with the Maintenance Manager across Twin Farms properties ensuring that buildings and facilities are maintained to high standards of appearance and functionality.  He/she helps in proactively managing routine maintenance care as well as appropriately responding to corrective maintenance issues.  In addition, the Maintenance Technician may help in continuous and safe operation of Twin Farms’ water, wastewater, and storm water systems.
