Primary Job Duties
Develop and coordinate tools, resources, and communication strategies to ensure exceptional delivery of inflight service
Supervise and support DSS personnel by overseeing service and provisions projects
Maintain and enhance service procedures and training programs to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
Utilize flight attendant feedback to improve service quality and inflight experience
Monitor aircraft cleaning procedures and improvements to maintain cleanliness standards and passenger comfort
Oversee stocking and ordering of provisions to meet operational needs, prioritizing efficiently and cost effectiveness
Ensure accurate tracking of aircraft onboard stock, including onboard kits
Accommodate customer special requests related to onboard service
Develop, edit, and revise policies and procedures contained in InFlight Service Manual
Create Inflight Service Communications (e.g., Online Updates, Informational Bulletins, MyMessages) as necessary
Manage the Electronic Flight Attendant Device (eFAD) program
Promote safety, SMS, Safety Risk Management, Safety Assurance and communication
Promote an environment for employees that encourages the reporting of safety concerns without repercussion
Review service and provisions IOR's; provide feedback and solutions
Coordinate with other departments, as required
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD/PMOD) as assigned
Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to oversee projects and resources effectively
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of onboard experience and service
Knowledge of inflight procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry service standards
Excellent communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
