Responsibilities:
As our Accountant/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
Payroll Review
Certified Payroll
Quarterlies / W-2s
Payroll Liability Payments
Workers Comp Monthly Reporting
Workers Comp Audits
Arizona TPT tax reporting
Company Credit Card Reconciliations
Mortgage Payments
Commercial Customer Billings
Liability Insurance Audits
1099s
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping roles, preferably in a similar industry
Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations
Proficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks (experience with NetSuite is a major plus)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
