Responsibilities:- Keep the team fully updated on all feedback coming from the client and ensure that they adhere to client expectations.
- Organize contractor appreciation by giving gift cards to top performers, throwing pizza parties, bringing donuts, coffee, etc.
- Responsible for developing strategies to improve employee engagement such as employee recognition programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
- Responsible for customer service employee communications and shaping corporate culture.
- Work with management involved in talent acquisition, recruiting, and on-boarding.
- Assist with Walk ins, screens, IV's
- Daily roll call
- Assist with any issues regarding pay, equipment, timesheets
- Proficient with MS suite
- Professional experience with Excel
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Highschool diploma
- Customer Service experience
- Organizational skills
