POSITION SUMMARY

Okland is looking for an ACC VDC Administrator to assist the VDC Team with administrating and developing collaborative workflow with our other departments via the Autodesk Construction Cloud. The ideal candidate has intermediate proficiency in various software programs including Revit and Navisworks or similar. Some experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud as well as a vertical construction contractor. This role is highly collaborative and ideal for a candidate who enjoys working across various departments showcasing how technology continuously creates efficiencies and simultaneously, remarkable experiences.ABOUT US

Proven experience administering construction project management software

Proficiency in using ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) construction management software

Basic understanding of construction project workflows and documentation

Help develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures within ACC for the VDC Department

User Support and Training of VDC specific ACC Workflows

Provide ongoing technical support to all ACC users

Develop and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users

Oversee the initial setup and configuration of ACC for new projectsADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in the research and development of new technologies and workflows

Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for ACC VDC process improvement

Develop and implement best practices and standard VDC operating procedures within ACC

Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making

Excellent technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues

Stay updated on ACC updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary

Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering or similar is preferred.
