Team Lead Manufacturing- Night Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Team Lead for the Night Shift at our facility in Salt Lake City, United States. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing workload distribution, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of associates during night operations.Monitor team performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and provide regular feedback to the SupervisorOversee job quality levels, analyze and process rejected jobs, and address breakage issues promptlyEnsure timely processing of work and minimize backlog of old jobsTrack and report associate production figures to the Supervisor for daily reporting purposesAssist in training new and current associates to maintain high performance standardsCollaborate with other Team Leads to resolve department issues efficientlyOptimize workload distribution among team members, redeploying staff as needed to maintain productivityFoster a supportive and goal-oriented work environment during night shift operations
