Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO)

The Senior PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office that is responsible for creating and maintaining policies and processes to help our Product & Technology teams deliver customer value incrementally and continuously.The PMO manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of PMO office, leading and mentoring scrum masters, providing guidance on SDLC processes, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to manage projects and programs. The PMO manager should work with stakeholders on managing expectations and work with team members to identify and mitigate risks to deliver projects on schedule. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills along with ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities· Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to define, prioritize and implement projects.· Work closely with scrum masters and team members to implement agile methodologies and best practices.· Guide and mentor PMO team members to help their personal and professional growth.· Coordinate with product management team on prioritizing and grooming requirements for development teams.· Identify and mitigate risks and help eliminate roadblocks throughout the software development lifecycle.· Develop and present project metrics and status reports to stakeholders.· Design and perform effective retrospectives for continuous improvement of processes and teams.
