Sales Recruiter (remote, contract)

This role is remote, but you must located in a PST or MST. The position is initially a six-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for go-to-market rolesSource, screen, and evaluate candidates for Account Executive and Business Development Manager positions using various recruitment channels and toolsManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume review, interviewing, and offer negotiationContribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experienceProvide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
