DescriptionDuties & Responsibility:

Perform Service work on all Caterpillar Machines including Large Haul trucks and Large Hydraulic Shovels.

Must be willing to work customized shifts, to include rotating between between day shift and Night shift. and four on four off shifts.

Must be willing to work overtime as work loads require.

Must Complete required paperwork on a daily basis

Required Qualifications:

Must have good safety record and willing to comply with Wheeler machinery Co. Customer and M.S.H.A requirements and policies.

Journeyman technician classification

Hydraulic Mining shovel experience on Caterpillar and non Cat mining shovels

Good working Knowledge of Caterpillar equipment

Competent knowledge of CAT ET, SIS WEB, VIMS and other Caterpillar troubleshooting tools.

Good troubleshooting skills

Must have good social skills for customer relations.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Field Service experience.

C175-16 and 3500 Engine experience

Large Mining shovel experience

Large Caterpillar haul truck experience

Large Caterpillar Hydraulic shovel experience
