- Expertise with Microsoft CRM
- Administration experience (helping to migrate to newest versions, patches, and updates)
- Knowledge of and experience with managing users
- Expertise with improving business processes and best practices
- Experience with automating tasks using workflows, customizing CRM and updating product catalogs
- Knowledge with creating new reports, applying updates and hotfixes, and integration of CRM with other platforms and reporting
- 3+ years of experience as an MS Dynamics administrator
- Advanced knowledge in data manipulation, data cleaning, and report creation
