Job Description

Help Desk ContractorSalt Lake City, UTContract: $17-$21 per hour

Our client is in need of Help Desk contractor for at least a couple months but will more than likely be 6 months with a strong possibility of being hired on.

Your Responsibilities

3+ years of help desk experience
Follow documentation to help users migrate to Office 365
Help users enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication solutions
Assist users to enroll mobile devices into Microsoft Intune MDM / MAM
Support users with log in issues for Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc
Limited troubleshooting of failed data migrations
Utilize tracking sheets in conjunction with ServiceNow to track daily progress

Qualifications

Self-starter
Ability to follow directions
Ability to act in a highly professional manner
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
