David Weekley Homes is seeking a Warranty Service Manager to join our Salt Lake City team operating in new home communities throughout the Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain areas of Utah. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, able to work independently as well as work closely with customers, builders, and sub-contractors in a fast-paced environment while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.Warranty Service Managers (WSM's) resolve warranty calls made by David Weekley homeowners by visiting the home to inspect the issue, determine if it's eligible under warranty and work with customers and subcontractors to resolve the issue quickly.  WSM's are responsible for warranty resolution in multiple communities to which they are assigned throughout Utah County and work primarily from their vehicle and in or around customers' homes.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule all repairs with contractors and customersFollow up, inspect and ensure completion of all repairsHold subcontractors accountable for resultsInstruct customers on how to maintain their homes, as well as communicate what items are not warrantableManage your budgetPerform minor repairs as neededHandle multiple tasks, as well as projects, within designated timeframesThe ability to say "no" and overcome objections in a professional mannerResponsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
