- Plan and organize tailored travel packages to meet clients' needs.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
- Create, process, and manage itineraries for clients.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Stay updated on travel trends, industry regulations, and destination information.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
### Requirements:
- Must be 18+ and reside in the U.S.
- Travel experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of working both independently and within a team.
