Position Summary The Manager, Credentialing will lead a team of collaborators who guide learners through their final credentialing needs to support the successful completion of the Experiential Learning (EL) activities and the program. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing, and organizing workflows, reports, and activities that support and drive the outcomes of the function. Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Completes ongoing and consistent audits of all functional activities to identify trends, make corrections, develop training, and deliver feedback to support overall outcomes of future audits.
Attends all educational webinars hosted by partnership sites and new facility meetings to gather and implement updates and changes as needed.
Cascades changes and updates through all appropriate channels of communication.
Audits learner compliance based on organizational requirements and learner-specific deadlines to ensure that all learners are compliant and able to successfully participate in Experiential Learning (EL) activities.
Serves as a point of contact for learner escalations and determines appropriate course of action for resolutions.
Participates and facilitates weekly functional meetings including 1:1s, coaching meetings, and team meetings.
Manages schedules including time off approvals and necessary adjustments to ensure coverage of projects and meetings when appropriate.
Provides onboarding for new collaborators within the function.
Participates in development activities designated by the College in pursuit of personal and professional elevation.
Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
A minimum of two years of experience in credentialing is required.
Demonstrated two years of experience producing professional communication and correspondence is required.
Demonstrated experience providing a high standard of customer service is required.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products is required.
A minimum of two years of experience as a people leader is required.
