We are an e-commerce company selling on multiple marketplaces! We're looking for a dedicated and driven customer service professional to join our team! In this role you will have to respond to customers emails,tracking, and other questions regarding our products and provide the best possible support to our customers! We have a great team here and are looking for positive individuals to help join the team.

The responsibilities of the position are as follows:

Responding to incoming customer service inquiries in a timely and thoughtful manner.

Quickly becoming familiar with products and common issues.

Experience with Shipstation, Amazon, eBay and DEAR familiarity is a major plus. Let us know if you are familiar with any of these platforms as it is a major plus to getting hired. (Not Required)

To be successful at this position you must:

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Have previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or emailed based setting.

Be outgoing and enjoy working in an open, team-driven environment.

Be comfortable working with computers and web based applications.

Have experience handling a high volume workflow in a professional setting.

Gain satisfaction from helping others.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 9 - 5pm
