Description: Blue Fire Leads is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. We are ranked as one of the fastest growing companies in UT! You will be working with homeowners to schedule appointments for our professional Energy Consultants.
All leads that you call on will be hot no cold calling whatsoever! Your responsibility is not to close sales, but only to find interested customers looking to go solar, qualify them and then set up an appointment. If you are a motivated person who wants to work for a great company, make a good living, and expand your talents, this is the job for you! There is no experience required! We will train you to succeed. Compensation:
Pay is $12.00 per hour plus a commission plan. Set appointments with customers - Help homeowners lower their current power bill
Requirements: - Previous Sales experience is a plus, but not required - Great communication skills and good on the phone. Demonstrated critical thinking skills and good judgement.
