Job Details Division: [[divisionobj]] Location: [[filter4]] , [[filter3]] , [[filter2]] Other Available Locations: [[mfield1]] Basic Job Functions:We are looking for a business intelligence developer to join our team and help us leverage the power of data to drive our business growth. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide financial and other insights as well as support decision-making across various departments. As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will work with various business stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into technical specifications. You will use your skills in programming, data analytics, financial and P&L analysis, and visualization to create and optimize data models, queries, reports, analysis, and dashboards. You will also ensure the quality, accuracy, operability, and reliability of the data and solutions.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelors degree in computer science, data science, IT, or related field, and at least two years of experience in business intelligence reporting development using financial data. You should also have proficiency in financial statement analysis, Excel, SQL and Python or R, as well as experience with BI tools such as Power BI. Additionally, you should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. This position will be located in Plymouth, UT, with some flexibility in work schedule provided. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using SQL and Power BI Create and optimize data models, queries, reports, and dashboards that meet the business requirements and provide actionable insights Collaborate with business stakeholders and other Finance team members to understand the data needs and deliver solutions Conduct data analysis, validation, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality, accuracy, and performance of the solutions Document the development processes and procedures and provide technical support as needed Supporting the Accounting team with miscellaneous accounting and month end responsibilities as needed[[custsafetyState]] Minimum Qualifications:

Two or more years of experience in business intelligence development

Experience in business intelligence-focused positions with heavy database development, maintenance, and optimization activities.

Experience working with, validating, analyzing, and reporting financial statement data and reports; Microsoft Dynamics familiarity preferred.

Establishing complex reporting with an understanding of common KPIs/business metrics and processes.

Proficiency in SQL and Power Bi for data manipulation and analysis

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field Axiom, ERL Tools, Python, and R proficiency Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and OLAP concepts and techniques Strong knowledge of reporting platforms in Azure, data lakes, and Microsoft fabrics.
