As the Esthetician you will administer professional skin care services, nail services, and waxing services to our guests. DutiesEmbrace and support the Serenity Spa’s service philosophy.Arrive on time for shifts and appointments; perform services within the allotted time.Provide consistent, professional facials, waxing, and nail treatments in accordance with spa protocols and certification standards.Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to support spa needs.Maintain complete knowledge of all services and products; educate guests and promote home care programs to meet retail sales goals.Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as required by law and spa policies.Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms as needed.Care for equipment properly and use appropriate product amounts to support cost control.Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy; ensure complete guest satisfaction with prompt, appropriate responses.Actively promote spa services, treatments, retail products, programs, promotions, and discounts.Communicate to management any staff or guest issues that require attention.Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.Contribute to a high-quality work environment.Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions regularly.Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested.Demonstrate thorough knowledge of skincare, facial massage, extraction techniques, and basic hand and foot massage.Apply nail polish neatly and maintain excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills.Be open to training in the spa’s treatment protocols, especially when the Esthetics Coach is unavailable.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
