We’re looking for a dependable Office Assistant / Order Packer to join our operations and logistics department.Position OverviewThe Office Assistant / Order Packer supports daily shipping operations, shipping & receiving, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone seeking entry-level office experience, hands-on warehouse work, and exposure to supply chain and logistics in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Position ResponsibilitiesPackage and fulfill customer orders accurately for same-day or next-day shipping.Assist the Fulfillment Manager to ensure daily shipments are ready for carrier pickup (UPS, USPS, FedEx).Receive, count, and organize inventory; verify shipments against purchase orders.Maintain a clean and organized work area and office space.Support administrative tasks including data entry, inventory logging, and order tracking.Collaborate with team members to meet operations and productivity goals.Position QualificationsDetail-oriented, organized, and reliable.Able to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.Strong time-management skills to meet shipping deadlines.Basic computer skills; familiarity with order management or shipping software is a plus.Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, retail, shipping, or office administration is helpful but not required.Benefits $20/hour competitive pay.
