Environmental Engineer - Entry Level

AECOM is actively seeking an Entry Level Environmental Engineer for employment within our Environmental Remediation Practices group in our Salt Lake City (Murray), Utah office to support soil and groundwater investigations and remediation projects.  The ideal candidate will be willing and able to learn new skills and methods on challenging field and office assignments in a collaborative team environment.Tasks will include:Conducting environmental field work, including collecting soil, groundwater, and remediation system data, groundwater sampling, fluid level gauging and oversight of subcontractors.Producing accurate and complete documentation of operation, inspections, and compliance.Preparing field documents, and collecting, processing and interpreting field data.Supporting office tasks, including data analysis and report preparation.Interpreting and recording data, conducting analyses, comparing findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to ensure complianceTraveling to project locations including driving and overnight stays.
