We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join the Content team at Trove Brands. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy for our brands. Your role will consist of strategizing and curating content, analyzing performance metrics, and working cross-functionally with our creative and digital partners to drive brand awareness and growth for our various social channels. Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:Social Media Strategy:Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge. Content Creation and Curation: Work with our creative team to create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms. Curate and share user-generated content and industry-related posts. Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution. Social Media Account & Community Management:Manage and maintain the company's presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Respond to the comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner. Monitor and moderate user-generated content and ensure it aligns with company guidelines. Be prepared to handle and resolve any potential social media crises or negative comments in a professional and tactful manner. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) and use data to optimize social media strategies. Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to inform decision-making. Brand Awareness and Community Building:Build and nurture an online community, foster relationships with followers, and cultivate brand loyalty. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to expand the company's reach and credibility.
