Job DescriptionThe OpportunityJoin BAE Systems' Air & Space Force Solutions and be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team who solves some of the world's most complex technical challenges. The 'Sentinel' Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Program will replace the aging Minuteman III (MMIII) ICBM, the first of its kind in over 50 years. This program is considered a mega-project and one of the most complex in the history of the Department of Defense. The new ICBM weapon system acquisition effort brings with it the newest digital engineering tools and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to meet existing warfighter requirements, while having the adaptability and flexibility to affordably address changing technology and threat environments through 2075.As part of the U.S. Air Force's Integration Support Contract (ISC), BAE Systems provides Advisory and Assistance Services in the areas of engineering, logistics, management, scientific analysis, and other subject matter expertise to augment and optimize management of the Sentinel ICBM Prime Contractor.The RoleBAE Systems is looking for a Real Estate Project Manager to support planning, programming, and execution oversight of the Sentinel Real Estate Program. The mission of the Real Estate team is to acquire the necessary land rights to support construction and conversion of facilities needed for the deployment of the Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile program for the United States Air Force.Daily responsibilities include supporting the government Sentinel customer as a Real Estate Project Manager and subject matter expert. These include but are not limited to strategic planning, requirement development, design review support, and program status monitoring of projects across Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Montana, and North Dakota. This is a highly visible position that will interact with local, state, and federal agencies on behalf of the Program and United State Air Force.

Deep understanding of real estate and application to horizontal construction projects

Ability to apply real estate and program management knowledge to process optimization

Strong communicator able to interact at all levels of leadership

Ability to navigate through competing priorities and manage complex stakeholders

Experience leading high-volume, multi-year projects

Ability to define strategic vision and execute that vision at the tactical level

Comfortable interacting with senior management and senior government officials

Understanding of project management and comfortable utilizing and improving project management tools

Experience in risk management

Experience defining KPIs and creating associated measuring tools and visualizations

7 yrs technical experience (5yrs with MS)

Experience which includes applying applicable real estate regulations

Experience leading large, high volume real estate programs

Experience supporting horizontal construction projects

Familiarity with real property interests: leasing, acquisition, disposal and/or management of out-grants

Has developed and work with an Acquisition Strategy

Experience working in a collaborative, multi-discipline team environment, able to define strategic goals, plan operations and implement tactical customer guidance with minimal day-to-day guidance

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation

Must be able to obtain Secret (or higher) security clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor s degree in a Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field

Active Secret clearance, Ability to obtain Top Secret

Experience with Government contracts

Risk management experience

Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

Familiarity with Agile Mindset and continuous process improvement

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Salary Min $84,689 - Max $143,994Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $84689 - $143994Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
