Job Description
The Property Accountant executes daily financial reporting. Initiate the opportunity for developing relationships with residents and team members to achieve the ultimate goal. Thorough knowledge of bank reconciliation, analysis of monthly statements and general ledger, initialing payments and fees, authorizing payables and problem solving are he keys to our success.
