AMC provides significant career advancement opportunities, competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.We are currently seeking a Positive Pay/Bill Back AssistantThe Positive Pay Bill Back Assistant Assists with processing Positive Pay and provides support for other miscellaneous accounting functions and projects as assigned.Responsibilities include:
Process daily Positive Pay verifications in multiple banking systems
Load Positive Pay check information into multiple bank databases as needed
Scan deposits to the bank
Process vendor bill back payments
Conduct research, compile data and prepare presentations and reports
Coordinate and produce status reports, project reports and other information for special projects
Requirements:
Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
Must be self-motivated with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate and meet deadlines
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide mathematical figures
Additional Information:Compensation: Full- Time $17.50 to $19.50 per hour
