We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Safety Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Fleet Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of vehicles and equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs to protect our employees, equipment, and the communities we serve. Design and implement comprehensive safety programs.
Monitor video footage of commercial drivers.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
Conduct driver training programs and lead safety meetings.
Investigate accidents and analyze safety data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in fleet safety management.
In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Leadership experience in safety initiatives.
Familiarity with Samsara, Tyfoom, and Smith System is a plus.
Travel:
70% of this position is travel in Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to work onsite at our Spanish Fork office.
