Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a role in the telecom industry located in Wylie, Texas, 75098, United States. The job function revolves around data entry and customer service with an emphasis on inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and scheduling appointments. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding relocation of their RV/boat Communicate with customers through calls, texts, and emails to facilitate their relocation Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for record keeping and correspondence Schedule appointments for customers as required Ensure customer inquiries and concerns are resolved efficiently Monitor customer accounts and update them as necessary Uphold the company's standard of customer service during all interactions Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in a call center or customer service role Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy Experience in order entry and scheduling appointments Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team.
