Job Summary The Tree Care Foreman is responsible for creating a plan to accomplish the work assigned and routed to the crew. Supervisors are available to help, but the Foreman is instrumental in organizing his team and pleasing the customer. Climbing and trimming trees, operating equipment such as chainsaws and chippers, aerial lift devices and teaching team members are only some of the fun things you will get to participate in.
