We are currently looking for a HIGH-ENERGY SALES driven Retail Manager
Sales Goals:
Performs sales and loan transactions while developing pawnbroker skills.
Handles cash/negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures and practices
Administer processes and procedures within the store to include inventory management, product knowledge,
merchandising and shop presentation
-Improve overall sales of business
Job Requirements:
High energy sales personality
Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
Computer/Software literate and able to use common office programs
Capable of lifting furniture and other heavy items as needed
Retail vision of how to display Pawn items and retail furniture and misc. to attract customer attention
