We are looking to bring on some additional workers on several upcoming projects and future. At Lonestar Resource Contracting we serve the greater Central Texas in all aspects of residential & commercial renovations, remodels, and new builds.
We will handle all project materials, tools for jobs, and much more. Depending on locations, we will cover lodging. No need to bring your own tools.
Areas will include construction, demo, framing, house siding, paint/stain, interior and exterior. Projects would include helping with deck build, framing an office, spraying insulation, installing soffit and trim, prep for paint, and so much more. The projects are straight forward, while attention to detail is priority. What the client sees in the end is what makes the difference. We take pride in providing high quality results, which have given us many referrals and lots of work.
Tell me about your experience staging, sanding, taping, roller and brush work. What is your experience with a sprayer and how do you avoid paint runs, blotching, user errors. We like workers who have high attention to detail and move at a steady pace.
Pay will be between $200-250 per day depending on experience and how you show up. Do you show up on time? Do you work consistently? Do you maintain respectful communications, especially in front of clients? Can you work a full day without issues? Do you have a vehicle?
This is a great time to work along with the general contractor to learn more about your skillsets, experiences, etc. There are opportunities for you to run a crew. We have several projects coming up, including bathroom remodels, deck builds, new office build, restaurant renovation, and more.
