Relocation Assistance AvailableSalary Range:$65,000 - $75,000 annuallyJob Responsibilities:Schedule and assign work, providing clear direction to production associates ensuring smooth production processes.Lead efforts to foster a culture centered around safety, engaging in safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety training.Collaborate with the Manager and other supervisors to meet or exceed departmental budgetary goals.Promote and enforce safe working practices consistently across the team.Conduct supervisory tasks including interviewing, timekeeping, and conducting performance evaluations.Oversee food safety and regulatory responsibilities, adhering to SQF Food Safety Code requirements and reporting any issues promptly.Drive the MSS program, managing Sanitation Standards and daily inspections of equipment.Oversee 5S implementation to ensure understanding and daily sustainability.Initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and manage costs.Work cooperatively with other departments to resolve issues and implement new processes and product lines.Ensure effective business communication practices across all levels.Qualifications:HS Diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in dairy or food & beverage is preferred.At least 2+ years of supervisory experience with demonstrated skills in coaching, training, and motivating teams.Knowledge of continuous improvement models.Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is required; experience with inventory management systems like SAP is a plus.Benefits:Comprehensive Benefits Package available from the 1st of the month after start date.401(k) with company contribution.Competitive pay.Paid vacation and holidays.Opportunities for career growth with an internal promotion focus.Service recognition and employee rewards.Employee referral program.Tuition reimbursement.Be part of a company supported by dairy farm families.If interested, please send a resume to Melissa Doughertymeld227@kellyservices.com
