Job Title: Quality Control SupervisorJob DescriptionAs a Quality Control Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the process to meet customer demands for products. You will manage and administer the Quality Audit program, respond to quality issues, and ensure the quality and compliance of new products while adhering to launch schedules. Additionally, you will identify process improvements and take action to enhance cross-functional coordination, expand internal communications, and develop organizational capabilities through team member engagement and training. You will directly supervise at least 2 QC technicians and will be responsible for training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence. You will also sponsor, direct, coordinate, and support project and process improvement teams, and participate in or support project teams sponsored by other management team members.Hard Skills
