Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for the sorting of soft goods; such as clothing, linens, boutique items, etc.
Must be able to ensure that all products are carefully inspected and constantly being rotated.
Sort donations according to company guidelines.
Boutique items must be kept separate from other soft goods.
Ability to work quickly to meet daily production standards of 150 pieces per hour or 1.5 racks hung. Must be able to ensure that all production standards, guidelines and deadlines are met.
Demonstrates professionalism and presents a friendly, cooperative attitude at all times.
Perform necessary janitorial work as assigned.
Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions and work in a team oriented, fast paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to communicate with customers, vendors, and other team members in a professional manner.
Must have reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment :
Physical requirements include the ability to stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull. Must be able to lift-up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 100 pounds.
