If you’re ready to grow with us and become part of our vision of being the premier Chemical Company, apply today!Purpose/IntroductionChevron Phillips is currently seeking an IT Specialist to join the Information Technology Digital Workplace Administration team at its headquarters in the Woodlands, Texas to support its Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online messaging platform. The Digital Workplace Administration team is responsible for the administration of CPChem’s Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.Responsibilities

Maintain and administer CPChem’s messaging platform, which includes a global hybrid Exchange and Exchange Online environments with thousands of mailboxes, distribution lists, SMTP relays and more.

Support Exchange clients – Outlook and Outlook Mobile

Design, plan, and execute migration of to Exchange Online ensuring business and compliance requirements are met.

Drive Microsoft 365 adoption via solution delivery and end-user support

Automating administrative tasks to drive consistency and scalability

Work as part of a highly collaborative team

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years' experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft Exchange including both on-premises and online/hybrid environments for large environments

Strong Exchange PowerShell scripting experience

Excellent communications skills, including the ability to communicate advanced technical subjects to non-technical audiences

High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

Experience migrating from Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online

Familiarity with Enterprise Vault

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Compliance capabilities including Information Governance and Information Protection (Azure Information Protection, Records Management, Data Classification, Retention and Sensitivity Labeling, eDiscovery, and Legal Holds)

Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Groups in a hybrid environment

Familiarity with Exchange dependencies on hybrid identity and attributes
