We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of IT Advisor Systems within our IT Production and Measurement Systems group based in The Woodlands, Texas.Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with end users to address and resolve technical issues with FlowCal, Detechtion, and related integrations.
Maintain full system availability and address critical issues including outside of regular hours as required by the business.
Participate in and manage IT projects.
Develop custom solutions for FlowCal and Detechtion projects and initiatives.
Develop and maintain batch file scripts.
Develop and maintain SSIS packages for system integration.
Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
Utilize SQL Server and Oracle database knowledge to support integration and business reporting needs.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Minimum 7 years of experience
Strong knowledge of Flowcal and Detechtion
Proficiency in Python scripting and SSIS package development
Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle database development
Experience with IT project management
Experience setting up and managing IT system infrastructure including test and production landscapes
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
Desired Qualifications:
AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
Crystal Report support and development
Automation system experience with tools such as Cygnet, TopServer, and Pi
Relevant certifications in IT support or database management
Experience in a similar role within the industry
