DescriptionOur client in The Woodlands is looking for an experienced IT contractor to support the day to day operations of their small business. Our candidate will support 30+ users in desktop support, software installations, network troubleshooting, and level 1 help desk support. Candidate will receive work direction from IT director, but handle day to day issues for the business. Candidate must have experience in a Windows environment, and will ideally have help desk and desktop support experience, as well as like systems administration and network troubleshooting experience in a small company environment. This is a PART TIME CONTRACT opportunity, 20 hrs/week, lasting approximately 1 month.RequirementsJob Duties: PC Desktop support for approximately 30 users, all internal support Remote Support for 2 other locationsJack of All Trades, supporting a IT Director, who consults on a part time basis (is available for work direction, training and questions)Systems: Microsoft Great Plans, assume its a Windows shop MicroMaxTechnology doesn't change the world.
